And as requested some of my Necrons, I am very much looking forward to the new codex which keeping everything crossed should be this year. I know many cron players complain the codex is now out of date but I still manage to make it work well enough for me. I played a quick game of 1000pts a few weeks ago and smashed a SMurf player. It was game over by turn 4.
My paint scheme for these boys is based on the ogre kingdoms rusted weapon look which is a brown base coat, a lighter brown stippled over that, followed by orange then chainmail. I have also been using Forge worlds powders (the orange one) to further enhance the rusted look of my army. It may not be fluffy but I like it.

Old Pictures new Blog

So A new Blog for me and I suppose I had better kick off with some pictures of painting done in the past. I have recently joined a forum http://www.papanurgle.net/index.php which as the name suggests mostly deals with Nurgle and all his minions in the 40k and WFB universe. So in keeping with signing up with this forum I decided my 1st pictures would be Nurgle related. So here is my forge world Nurgle dreadnought which I painted about 2 years but is still one of my favourite models I have painted. I used to be a member of Tau Online and this guy won a gold in their expert painting comp. I was very pleased.

More to come very soon.
